I posted it over here yesterday -- sorry LJ/flist! I did not mean to neglect you so! But now you can join me in my flushed over-excitement.

I love that he loves Beverly Hills Cop because I totally do, still, and was just earlier this week making references to it, LOL. And now I can't wait for the new Mad Max. It's much easier to be happy anticipating it than if it was Mel Gibson, that's for sure.

(Though unfortunately no sexy!twisty!Callum in a hoodie with a camera. Guh, that scene was just so hot. Though I don't mind the exchange for sexy!intense!Callum...)

BTW, HELLYEAH concert last night was fucking amazing -- met a bunch of crazy and awesome people from CT, NJ, and upstate NY, including a DJ from Sirius (and with all of whom contact info was exchanged); drank too much; discovered that the opening band (Black Water Rising) is AWESOME, and from Brooklyn; made poor life choices; got home too late (3am) and most unfortunately, was not able to sleep through my hangover as I usually do, so had a craptastic morning at work.
Leaving for the Hole concert in another hour. Don't have as much energy as last night, but I care less about Hole, so I'm good.

I'm feeling super restless at work and although I'm still working, all I want to do is write something (but can't concentrate enough to write fic and don't have anything enough to say for a journal entry) or look at videos on youtube.
Also, I bought Slings & Arrows online and I'm pretty sure it's the package that USPS attempted to deliver on Tuesday. But of course the post office closes way earlier than I can actually get there, so I have to wait til Saturday to try to go pick it up. ARGH.

I often forget YouTube exists.
Even when someone links me to a YouTube clip, I'll forget to play click the link; I'll forget to do my own searches.
Today, though, I got completely distracted for a good, long time at work -- watching hockey vids, particularly looking for wireless mic stuff (which can by pretty darn amusing). Was it the beginning of this season or last season when MSG would mic up one of the players and air some of what they said during commercials and/or intermissions? I want to say it was last season...?
Anyway, today I played click the link and ended up reorganizing my YouTube account because I was favoriting way too many things. Many, many hockey clips. Hours and hours of entertainment. Also, I mean, I've got to have it organized so when I'm obsessing over this stuff to someone who needs to be SHOWN... well, then I have it all ready, at the click of a mouse.
Have I mentioned how much I like George Stroumboulopoulos, host of The Hour? Seems like a very cool guy. HD likes him, so how can I resist? Anyway he interviewed Avery while he was on the Dallas Stars, after the infamous Internship At VOGUE *gasp* summer scandal. I'm posting it here because I know some of mymost recent converts friends who are slightly more casual fans of hockey will be very interested in it. =D

So today I came across the episode from October 28, 2009 (part 1|part 2) where he's just as adorable as EVER, and hot and funny and cute and... talks about gun training a little, and gets to shoot George, and mentions CKR. (Did you doubt that he would?!)

Just came across this! -- vidcam footage (with surprisingly good audio!) of Bruce, Noel & Reginald from an August 2008 Toronto screening of Bruce's "personal print" of HCL! They recount a few cute snippets of CKR & HD during casting and pre-production... and then more recently as well.
