I've been fooling around with that new layout that Sharon has, Flexible Squares, created by [livejournal.com profile] cyrnelle. It's really beautiful, and it's really sweet how she keeps saying that she doesn't know why so many people really like it. ^^;

Anyway, I've been fiddling with the colors when I can grab a spare minute or two (or thirty) at work and home, so I haven't wanted to actually apply it to my journal 'cause if it's not the way I want it to be, I don't want to look at it. Haha. So I'm using an LJ account I created for the purpose of putting random writings -- if/when I have some time to get back into writing, which I really do want to do -- [livejournal.com profile] sarabakari. Which means balance, btw, and not that I am baka or anything like that.

The color theme is yes, the same, overall, as the one I have now. But I couldn't help myself; it matches my default icon ("shinigami" Duo), and I'd go crazy if it were in lighter colors. And for some reason I can't stand blue -- even though it's my favorite color -- in my own LJ layout (although I've always liked how you've used it in yours, Sharon). But once I'm done with this layout, I think I'm going to do something a little more interesting, maybe with a background image or something like that, for my writing LJ.

Anyway, please tell me how you like it. There is at least one other thing I want to adjust before it's finished -- I really want to be able to make the date text size large with a smaller text size for the subject (like how Cyrnelle has it), and I haven't quite attempted to figure it out yet. And Sharon, I see that you were able to fix your links to the way you wanted them... how'd you do it? ^^; (If you don't mind my asking...)
