osarabaDid I mention that a week or two ago there were a few auctions on ebay that I just couldn't pass up? Well, I got them today and they fit, and they're soooo cute! I'm so glad that I didn't let the nautical/sailor sweatshirt go by without bidding on it, even though it's a bit more than I usually spend on clothes from ebay ($34). But it's sooo amazingly adorable. The sleeves are sailor-cut (bell-ish) and there's that flap in the back with the border and the 2 stars and omgomgomg. Just cuteness.

Drove again this morning. You know, driving is fun. It'd probably be even more fun if I had a license. 'Cause then I wouldn't have to worry about cops doing random car checks. Happily, tomorrow Leo is coming over to help me practice parking. I bribed him with sci-fi books (March Upcountry and March to the Sea by David Weber and John Ringo -- excellent books, which I highly recommend reading while waiting for the next installment of the Honor Harrington series). And told him that he'd better not laugh at my pathetic attempts. I should have made him promise.
