Louie's birthday party.

osarabaOn Friday after work, Angelica, Liz and I all met to go up to the Bronx for Louie's 18th Birthday party. It was a lot of fun; just a bunch of girlfriends hanging out, watching Gackt & Hyde's new movie, Moon Child (which was hysterical, btw), and other stuff.
Surprisingly, I actually stayed up til 4 am! I was surprised and impressed with myself considering I'd gotten up at 6am Friday morning and worked all day from 8am to 7:30pm at the store, barely off of my feet for more than a few minutes at a time.
I think I might have been the first one to succumb to sleep, but I don't feel so bad about that considering that I did work all day, and the pride I feel for staying up til 4am doesn't leave any room for feeling bad about being the first to fall asleep. Wow, that was a redundant run-on sentence. Please ignore it.
I think we got to her house at 9pm and since we hadn't eaten yet we were all starving. Louie had fun with her digital camera and took a clip of the three of us when we were just getting ready to have some salad before pizza. I don't remember how or why we started doing the peace-sign-posing, but it was just a great candid shot moment. It plays like a freakily hysterical commercial. Oh, and just FYI: the background music in the clip is Malice Mizer's EGEE ~Sugisarishi kaze to tomo ni~.
