Anime marathons are gooood.

osarabaI finished watching the last few episodes of SDK! Boy, that was good! I thought that last episode was sooo hidoi, but really awesome too! Of course, I'm positive in my belief knowledge that it was Kyou. However, I'm resolved to get the manga anyway. ^_~ I wonder if the manga is finished at 18 volumes, or if it's still ongoing? After finishing that, I watched those last three episodes of Ai Yori Aoshi that I had left. As I predicted, it was good, but not awesome. Overall, it was a cute series, but those first four sugoi episodes were so deceiving! If it had continued in the vein that those first episodes had indicated, I would have loved it. ::sigh:: But it did make me want to go and watch Kare Kano over. ^_~
After that, I was still in the mood for anime so I decided I'd try and watch some of the anime on the list of "Angelica's recommendations that I've been rebelling against." (Which includes, Scryed, Full Metal Panic, Hellsing, Argento Soma, Virus Buster Serge, and quite a few others, but those are the most significant since we have the complete series already. So I decided I'd go with Scryed, since I'm not in the mood for comedy (FMP), nor something that I have to really concentrate on (AS), and I don't have VBS at my house at the moment.
I'm on episode 5 so far, and it's gotten better than those first two episodes I'd watched when it first came out. Kazuma is really cute, Ryuuho is interesting, but he's being so baka right now that I don't like him much. My favorite characters so far are Mimori and Kazuma's "imouto" Kanami-chan, which is completely out of character for me 'cause I tend to like the guys more than the girl-characters. But it seems to me (so far) that only Mimori and Konami have any sense in their brains!
We'll see how it goes from here.
