Is this supposed to be print or script? Or like, printing from a computer vs. handwritten things?
I can write in print, but I think I tend to do all caps, otherwise it ends up looking almost the same as my regular script handwriting which pretty much incorporates a lot of print/print in it.
As for printing from a computer, that has its place! I wouldn't want to go back to days when we had to hand-write all our reports and papers! (Or type-write them, either, really.)
But I love handwriting letters and filling out forms and things like that and I'd never want to stop that either.

List of all days.

print vs script

Even better than both is spell check! On top of being left handed and "smudging" homework which was done in pencil, I couldn't spell and my mother would get so angry at me on both counts. If only we could have looked into the future and realized that no one uses a pencil now, and that spell check would help my inability to spell. Yes, we have all heard those nightmare urban legends where spell check printed "penis" instead of "pen," or some such like that, but most of the time it has been very helpful for the millions of spelling challenged people out there.

I agree with you that printing and computers make like so much easier, but I will always enjoy certain things that are written out like thank you notes and hand written cards. That will never go out of style.
