question to Merlin fans!

I've heard that Bradley James said he plays Arthur as if he knows about Merlin's magic -- as otherwise he'd be too dumb for words (ahaha, this is me paraphrasing, of course). Does anyone know where/when he said this?

I've been wondering for weeks now and it just occurred to me to... you know, ask fandom.

I have no answer to your question but every time I think about Bradley saying this, it makes me irrationally happy that he's in such solidarity with the fandom and that it's not just crazy fans wanting what they want when they want it- even the ACTOR thinks the lack of magic reveal is BS. It makes me feel better ever time I have to watch a perfectly good magic reveal opportunity pass by un-seized to know that Bradley is weeping on the inside right along with me.

Neither chaneen nor likeaglass (who responded to me on twitter) know where this actually came from either. Laura added that Bradley has also said Arthur should find out sooner rather than later. I'm just hoping this isn't some sort of fandom hive-mind thing. I certainly haven't gone through all the interviews or anything, though I've been listening to some of the episode audio commentaries this weekend in hopes that I'll hear something that sounds vaguely promising.

It does make me feel better, though, to know (or at least, to imagine) that Bradley is either playing Arthur as if he's deliberately overlooking Merlin's suspicious activities... or at the very least, that Bradley also really wants Arthur to find out!
