I'm here in my hostel, at the computer with an hour of internet access (now down to 11 minutes). It's almost 2am now. It's my last night in London and I find that I'm excited to be going home, as well as very reluctant to leave. I've spent 6 full days here (plus one in Glasgow, Scotland), and I feel like I've seen a lot-- but there's so much more to see! So many streets I haven't walked; sights I haven't seen!

My flight tomorrow is at 8pm (landing at 11pm NYC time), but I'm trying to get on standby for an earlier flight as I'll be driving to Pittsburgh pretty much right after landing.

I have so much to say about London!

Most especially that I spent way too much money and will now be broke for the next several months.

;_;

Also, I'm not looking forward to catching up on my flist. It's going to be a monster that I won't be able to tackle at work since I'll have a SHITLOAD of work when I get back. So reply to this post with a word or a link, and please let me know if anything big happened to you while I've been away the last week!

Glad to know you've had a good time and I look forward to hearing about your adventures.

Only big thing that happened as far as I'm concerned was Ben, but other people had happier things to talk about.

Also, hey, I love that Lady Gaga song. CATCHY!

Hiya! This is [livejournal.com profile] grey_damaskena. I'm sorry to be leaving you a comment so randomly, but I dropped by because you're a member of the [livejournal.com profile] saiunkoku community. I just wanted to let you know that there's currently a poll running on the community to gauge interest in getting the Saiunkoku Monogatari light novels translated into English. The number of answers in the poll could very well determine whether or not we ever see an English version of the novels. So if you have the time and have not done so already, we would really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to answer it.

Please either drop by the [livejournal.com profile] saiunkoku community (the poll is in the third post), or click on this link (http://community.livejournal.com/saiunkoku/337261.html) to go directly to the post.

Thank you very much for your time, and for your interest and support of Saiunkoku!
