osarabaI was particularly happy to be able to meet up with Angelica, Jerry, Yoshi, Isha, and Lene (hereon to be known as Nerds of Evil, or possibly NOE) for the short time that I did. We should really all get together and do dinner one day.
Later I met up with Sean and AJ to see Superbad. OMG, what a movie. All I can do is widen my eyes and shake my head whenever I think of it. And giggle. It was like an 80s date/party/get laid movie, but updated with the times, and shitloads of vulgarity and other offensiveness. =D It was wonderful. It's definitely not a movie for everyone, though.
A bunch of us went out to dinner & play at Dave & Buster's on Sunday night, which was fun. My Gossip Agents reported back on some of the (naked) hijinks that occurred at John-Con (also possibly to be known as Couple Con), which I was only somewhat sad to miss. ^^;
Watched Blades of Glory with Sean and his roommates, and OMG, it was just as hysterical the second time around. It was unfortunate that some of the deleted scenes were deleted 'cause they would have been better left in. But Judy still hasn't seen the movie, so we still have another opportunity to see it with someone who'll be seeing it for the first time. =D
