Thank you <3 to all the people who wished me a happy birthday by phone or message! I'm also very happy today because I'm wearing (for the first time) the t-shirt, that koyappi got for my birthday two years ago, of Duo-with-scythe drawn by ponderosa121. ♥♥♥ =D

For loudnbothered, 'cause you said you wanted to see them, and in case you didn't already know: link to tickets for Deftones/Dir en grey/The Fall of Troy (heh) at Roseland Ballroom on Fri, June 8th at 7:30pm. All tix are general admission, $27.50 before fees.

I'll be off work tomorrow, although I will still come into the city for Nerd Avengers (Maryann will be in Albuquerque). I have to work Friday and Saturday, but I'm still planning on going to ddrkaiba's -- is anyone else going after 5pm? So I don't have to use NJ Transit by my lonesome?

Other things that have made me happy in the last few days:

-- Maryann's drawing present (me, Shinigami, Kitsue, Pyramid Head and his tentacle-tongue)
-- a renewed interest in Zetsuai music
-- a renewed interest in Buck-Tick music
-- a clean room motivated by Alex's visit on Thursday
-- a postcard from Leo!
-- beginning Japanese lessons at the Japan Society next Wed night (so can we move Nerd Avengers, huh? huh?)
-- Jerry's text message of 7:30 this morning wishing me a happy birthday. =D
