Also, I went in a different direction for lunch today and passed by a store called Canine Styles, where they had bedding and other high-end pet accessories. There was a cat in the window of the store. A real cat; a beautiful, beautiful cat (whose face I absolutely adore), and she (or he) was HUGE! Sitting on the display/sill... she must have been at least 17", but in that kind of hunched way that cats do. I realized after I took the picture that you can't really tell how big she is, so I'll try to get another photo where you can see the proportions better. Maryann says you can kind of see how big she is if you study her face (and you know what normal-sized cats and their proportions are like).

I sometimes wonder if that particular kind of cat is always big. My two girls look a lot like that and they're pretty big, too. So was Hetfield. (I guess you can tell what kind of cat I like best!)

I didn't realize your girls were that big! I think I prefer that size myself -- their faces are so lovely! I passed by the store again today and she was stretched out/laying down on the sill right at the window. Sooo cuuuuute~! (But I didn't have my camera with me this time.)
