osarabaThis is currently my wallpaper at work. IT ACTUALFAX DOES THIS because in Windows 7 you can set your wallpaper to slideshow with a minimum of a 10-second change delay. (Which, kind of baffles me -- why would you want a rotating wallpaper? I mean, except in order to do this, clearly.)
