Looking for a roommate to sublet apartment in Queens!

thedreamerworld and I are looking for a subletter for Maryann's old room in our Queens apartment. The room will be available in December, all the way through end of June 2010. Comment/email/call me for details.

Most of you already know where we live. Just to refresh, we're a 7-minute walk from the V/R at Grand Ave in Elmhurst, Queens.
