So I lied.

Okay, so I didn't actually go home early and I didn't actually get to see the game. I met up with Liz and we went to H&M. ^^;

But! I made sure to catch the replay, which made me really regret missing the game 'cause it looked like a good one. Leetch was there, in a tux, and dropped the ceremonial first puck to a standing ovation. <3 And! The Rangers scored on the FIRST SHOT ON GOAL! How awesome is that? 37 seconds into the 1st period!

Apparently they sucked in the 2nd period; it was 2-1 Florida at the end of the 2nd. But they came back in the third with some very nice maneuvering, 4 goals and a final score of 2-5 Rangers.

Awesome.
