It's going down. Into the volcano.
Jun. 26th, 2007 01:28 amSaturday night I ended up hanging out with Judy and A.J. and saw the very funny Anchorman, so I'll now be watching you, Sean and A.J., for jokes from this movie. *narrows eyes at you* Although I still think that Blades of Glory was funnier.
This obviously set off my TV-watching phase as I spent the rest of the weekend watching random movies. One channel was having a James Bond marathon, so I watched You Only Live Twice (from which the subject above is a quote) and later a short documentary about the RL double agent that Bond is supposedly based on (Dusko Popov).
It was like Japan-related movies day 'cause I also watched Rising Sun and then The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift, which was pretty amusing if typical and slightly stupid. Then watched parts of Thumbsucker, Kindergarten Cop, and Just Like Heaven.
This morning I saw Duma (OMG, the cheetah), and The Professional, which is probably one of my favorite movies. Jean Reno, Natalie Portman, Gary Oldman. Man, I want to see it again.
You know, I'm totally laying all the blame for this on
ddrkaiba. Because he was supposed to bring me a book these last two weeks. Which would have kept me away from the TV. =D
