No, Robin and Nightwing are Chuck Dixon. They're actually better than the Batman one. The Nightwing one has some of my favorite Dick moments in it and also features a very bad parent Bruce and Superman being awesome (rare since he's normally a pontification asshole).
I will be honest about this, just like everyone else I used to love Frank Miller since I read Dark Knight when I was so young and it was seriously formative to me. I think that's a lot of people's experience, and as much as he has lost his FOOL MIND in the last few years, one can't deny that he WROTE ROBIN AS A GIRL which no one else has EVER done. And that was really important to me as a young person since I happen to also be a girl and I didn't want to be stupid Batgirl, whatever!
Anyway, FM is a mixed bag. He ruined The Spirit when he adapted the film, that's why I really hate him. Some of his comics are great, others are crap, just like most people.
