Or at least, that's what it ended up being, the summer Liz turned five and I was twelve and she wouldn't go to sleep until 2am -- and only if I'd pat her head and recite this over and over and over.

One of my favorite memories of our childhood. This is definitely going to become a tattoo on my thigh(s) at some point in the future.
