Yes, Elle does say those things... I really don't mind Elle as much as the sexist words the writers put in her mouth. Because the rest of the time she's fine. =/

A couple of people have said it gets better later, and I imagine it would have to be better to have inspired what seems like a decent-sized fandom.... BUT OH GOD S1. I just really needed to vent my rage. T_T
