Sunsetmog's HS AU series: starts with You Can Sit Besides Me When the World Comes Down, with the sequel Running in Slow Motion. I'd also highly recommend a parallel story in the same universe, which should be read before Running in Slow Motion, L.O.V.E., with Ashley Simpson and always-a-girl Pete Wentz (my one quibble with L.O.V.E. would be the author's decision to do a gender swap for a women in bandom fic).
Just because, drummer love! Songs About Hips and Hearts, Bob/Spencer crossover. A short, cute AU where Spencer is a drum teacher in Bob's music store.
To hit all your supernatural fic buttons, Feels Like You Don't Have a Body. Brendon/Spencer . Vampires, werewolves, and death. Not dire and dark, though.
What I think might be my favorite Panic fic and one of my favorite fics ever: Let Each Who is Worthy. Where Brendon never met up with Jon and Spencer during HS. Long, angsty, hot as hell. Please read everything by moku_youbi. Fo Serious. Mandatory reading.
