Seriously, though, how do people even make things like this? They're so gorgeous and I can't even... I wish I could whittle? I wish I could do any sort of creative thing with my hands....
A lot of wooden jewelry is glazed (or oiled, maybe), though this particular pair was probably not. That is, they're sanded smooth but not lacquered or anything like that. I've bought jojoba oil and am basically oiling them every day to keep them moist.
But yeah, they do look like little dragons! I like the suggestion of it more than claws/talons with actual dragon carvings (like this or this) on them, though.
BUT OH WOW, I like this dragon hanger, though I don't know if I could really pull it off...
