Top Five: Music

from [livejournal.com profile] mickeymvt: Top five songs you could listen to over and over and over again and never get tired of.

OMG THIS IS A HORRIBLE, TORTUROUS QUESTION! HOW CAN I NARROW IT DOWN TO FIVE?! I could probably just put in five ten Nine Inch Nails songs and I'd be done. UGH.

  1. NIN - Every Day Is Exactly the Same (remix)

  2. BUCK-TICK - 月世界 (Gessekai)

  3. Stan Rogers - Northwest Passage

  4. Mudvayne - Fall Into Sleep

  5. Tom Petty - You Don't Know How It Feels

And, guuuh, because I couldn't help myself. Runners-up:
  • Credence Clearwater Revival - Bad Moon Rising
  • Tom Petty - Refugee
  • BUCK-TICK - 六月の沖縄 (Roku-gatsu no Okinawa)
  • Depeche Mode - Strangelove (but NOT the remastered version), Policy of Truth
  • Muse - Undisclosed Desires
  • NIN - Closer, That's What I Get, Where Is Everybody? (remix)
  • Rush - YYZ

Of course, I suspect this list would be somewhat different if you asked me again in a couple of months.

I just heard "Undisclosed Desires" this morning, and remembered you'd mentioned how much you liked it. Sounds like Muse has been listening to a lot of Depeche Mode lately. Like, a lot. Not that that's a bad thing.
